President Tinubu Set to Perform Groundbreaking of Abuja Airport Garden City

In a bid to align with the ‘Renewed Hope’ Agenda championed by President Bola Tinubu, real estate firm First Rotech Group of Companies Ltd has unveiled plans for the groundbreaking of the multi-billion Naira Abuja Airport Garden City.

Chairman of First Rotech Group, High Chief Austin Oguejiofor, revealed this after a site tour with Assistant Inspector General of Police, AIG Adebowale Williams, and other partners.

The development, situated in Gousa along Airport Road in Abuja, is poised to revolutionize the housing and tourism sectors, aiming to attract substantial businesses while addressing accommodation challenges.

Spanning 250 hectares between Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and Abuja Railway Station, the Abuja Airport Garden City will boast sophisticated facilities accommodating over 3,000 residents and businesses.

Oguejiofor commended the federal government for endorsing the project, which is set to kick off in the nation’s capital.

He highlighted President Tinubu’s visionary leadership, emphasizing policies geared towards improving lives and transforming the economy.

The partnership also involves Dubai construction giant GTX Construction Ltd for construction standardization and T-one Technology Limited for digitization, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The groundbreaking ceremony is expected to be graced by notable dignitaries, including Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barr Nyesom Wike, and President Tinubu himself.

Managing Director of First Rotech Group, Mrs Chika Oguejiofor, noted that the project offers attractive benefits for investors, including discounts and flexible location choices.

The luxury buildings cater to various classes of Nigerians, bringing upscale living to Abuja residents, Nigerians in the Diaspora, and the general populace.

The project reflects a concerted effort towards achieving mass housing in Nigeria, particularly in Abuja, aligning with President Tinubu’s vision for a renewed and prosperous Nigeria.
